Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • In small dish, drizzle fingerling potatoes with oil or butter and sprinkle with seasonings of choice. Mix so fingerling potatoes are coated on all sides.
  • Transfer fingerling potatoes to air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).
  • Cook potatoes for 10 minutes on 400°F.
  • Shake basket. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until potatoes are soft.

Notes

Pre-Heating Air Fryer: I recommend pre-heating air fryer. However, if you choose not to pre-heat, add about 3-4 minutes to your cook time.
This recipe works well with any brand of air fryer including Ninja Foodi, Gourmia, Vortex, Nuwave, Cuisinart, Cosori, Power XL and Power Air.
Seasoning ideas that work well on air fryer fingerling potatoes include: Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (smoked or Hungarian), rosemary, thyme, cumin, chili powder, parmesan cheese, minced garlic or lemon zest.
