Air Fryer Nectarines

These air fryer nectarines are quick, easy and delicious. Air fried grilled caramelized nectarines make the best air fryer nectarine dessert or breakfast topping! Try these with some yogurt and granola and you will fall in love!

Ingredients

  • 1 large nectarine (sliced into half moon slices)
  • Air Fryer Safe Cooking Spray
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar or brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Spray fryer basket with air fryer safe cooking spray.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon (or pumpkin spice) mixture. Note: This mixture is optional. You can also air fryer your nectarines plain.
  • Lay nectarines in a single layer on a plate. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over nectarines. Repeat on both sides.
  • Place nectarines in air fryer basket. Do not crowd.
  • Air fry nectarines on 400° for approximately 7-8 minutes or until nectarines are soft (no preheating necessary).

Notes

These air fryer nectarines are delicious served over ice cream for dessert or on top of yogurt with granola for breakfast.
